Crates
Four crates in town, one key each. Opening costs nothing but the key.
Four crates stand in the town, each with its own key. Hold the right key and right-click the crate to open it. Left-click previews what the crate can give you before you spend anything.
The four crates
| Crate | Block | Best things inside |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Chest | Iron and gold, a trident, rare and epic keys |
| Adventurer | Trapped chest | Diamond gear, an elytra, an epic key |
| Royal | Ender chest | Enchanted gear, diamond blocks, a superior key |
| Elderian | Beacon | Netherite, a nether star, an elytra, superior keys |
Opening is free. The key is the entire cost - there is no coin or money charge on top, and no cooldown between openings. If you have five keys, you can open five times.
Keys
Keys look like tripwire hooks. You must be holding one in your main hand to open a crate.
| Key | Costs in the coin shop |
|---|---|
| Starter | 100 coins |
| Adventurer | 200 coins |
| Royal | 300 coins |
| Elderian | 500 coins |
Where keys come from
Buying them is only one route. Most keys come from playing:
| Source | Gives |
|---|---|
/rewards daily | 1 Starter key, every 24 hours |
/rewards weekly | 1 Adventurer key, every 7 days |
| AFK zone | 1 Starter key per 60 minutes in the zone |
| Coin shop | Any key, 100-500 coins |
| Fishing | Any of the four, as a rare catch |
| Crates themselves | Higher crates hand out keys to the next one up |
That last row is the important one. A Starter crate can contain an Adventurer or Royal key, and the bigger crates hand out superior keys. So a lucky run climbs the ladder on its own - you do not have to buy your way to the top crate.
What you get
Rewards are random from the crate's table. There is no guaranteed item and no way to steer the roll.
Every crate can also give money, coins and XP alongside gear:
- Starter gives 50-80 coins, up to 500 XP, and small money amounts
- Elderian gives 200-350 coins, up to 2,000 XP, and up to $200,000
Rerolling is off
The server supports rerolling a crate reward, and it is disabled on every crate. Once a crate opens, what you got is what you got. There are no reroll keys in circulation.
Previewing
Left-click a crate to see its full reward table. It is worth doing before you commit a Royal or Elderian key - the top crates are not simply "the same but better", and the preview tells you what you are actually rolling for.
